Not all reviews are good! But we like an honest approach, this item is being discontinued and its not one of Avon’s better ideas!

‘I brought the Shimmer Blue Glitter Mascara, in hope of a shimmery look as depicted in the brochure. So far I have not been able to achieve this effect.
